Our institution, the Kaposvár Klebelsberg Highschool Dormatory of Hungary has been working as a talent developing centre since 2008. Since that, the dormatory has been awarded with excellent classification. We are members of the organization : Arany János Talent Developing Programe which helps underprivileged students. We deal with approximately 130 students annually. 60 of them take part in everyday life guidance.  50 from the institution take part in talent guidance in every semester. We organize approx. 10 professional events concerning talent development. The most outstanding ones are : the Master and its Apprentice, Talent Centres methodological Assembly, The Month of Talents event series, workshop works, fine art, artisan and photo exhibitions. Our talented students are making a portfolio listing their highschool achievements. In the 11th grade every student is taking part in a motivational project which means the research and processing of a chosen topic. Our most outstanding students are owning a dynamic profile which is made by our professionals and teachers to help their development.  Hungarian Knowledge – Hungarian Might Foundation supports the talented studens- in-need. We regularly take part in competitions, and we use the money to develop a given talent field.

Operation of up to date online interface Operating as a regional talent development centre Open towards input and output generations: the complex talent development workshop of elementary students has been working for 3 years now. It focuses on one school, it’s expandation is a priority.  It concerns multiple talent fields: deals with events, post school activities, workshops and both school and dormatory locations. Close bond with the University of Kaposvár and other institutions of higher education in the region. Arrangement of mutual events, chance to perform lectures  for all the talent developing professionals, teachers.
